Our refund policy is simple:
Once you order products off of our site, the order is sent to a 3rd party manufacturer who prints our designs on the product that you have chosen.
Refunds and returns are only allowed if the product is defective!
There has to be a significant reason for you to return an item, such as a mug cracked in shipping, a sweater or shirt not sewn together properly, or the printing coming off as soon as you receive the item.
We use a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our printer offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 5 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via email and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the correct information.
